BR380JG-1E0 Crushers

With a throughput range of 50-240 tonnes/hour (depending on material and sizings) our BR380JG-1E0 features the same innovative technology as used on our market leading excavators and loaders. It also incorporates a unique hydraulic crusher protection system, reducing downtime and operating costs. As with all our products, key components are designed and manufactured by Komatsu to work together in an integrated package. And it comes standard with our Komtrax remote monitoring and location system, backed by our NZ-wide service and support network.

Eco-Friendly Engine

Equipped with the SAA6D107E-1 turbocharged after-cooled diesel engine, this new mobile crusher has a nominal output as high as 140 kW / 187 HP. The Tier 3 emissions certified "ecot3" engine greatly reduces NOx emissions with no reduction in performance

High Performance Jaw

The KCJ4222 large-capacity jaw crusher guarantees maximum crushing capacity in this class along with ease of maintenance. In addition, Komatsu's locking cylinder mechanism allows you to change the discharge clearance with a simple one-touch adjustment and also facilitates the removal of clogged foreign material from the discharge side.

High-Speed, Large-Capacity Conveyor Belt

The high discharge height of 2800 mm makes it easy to configure a system with stock pile conveyor and screens. With its width of 1050 mm and a belt speed of 120 m/min, the belt conveyor has a high volume capacity. In addition, the conveyor reverse mode is provided to facilitate the removal of jammed foreign material.
